CCTV
CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) technology has vastly improved with the development of HD (High Definition) quality cameras combined with larger and cheaper HDD (Hard drive) storage. The quality of images are now at a level where identification of people and or vehicle number plates are easily achieved. Current low or zero light technology involves either the use of infrared or white lighting. The infrared is more covert, the white lighting assisting with the deterrent effect. Live and recorded images can be viewed and reviewed on-site or remotely using a computer or mobile device.
Video Entry
Video Entry Systems or Video Intercom Systems are used to manage calls that are made from the entrance of a property.
The system enables communication between the outside and inside of a building and allows you to identify, engage with and open a door if you choose to.
These can be integrated with access Control Systems to allow previously authorised users to access the premises.

A Fire Alarm System warns people when smoke, fire, carbon monoxide or other fire-related emergencies are detected. These alarms may be activated automatically from smoke detectors and heat detectors or may also be activated via manual fire alarm activation devices such as manual call points or pull stations.

TV/SAT IRS
Integrated Reception Systems (IRS) are systems that enable a combination of satellite and television signals to be distributed to multiple points (Apartments or offices) without the need for multiple TV aerials or satellite dishes.
